This Privacy Policy explains how Aero ("Aero", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit aeroofficial.vercel.app (the "Site"). Aero is based in Australia and this policy is intended to be consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as well as general good-practice standards (including GDPR-style principles) for visitors from other regions.

1.Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to browse the Site. The information we collect falls into two categories:

• Authentication logs (automatic upon login): When you log into our courses or use the staff login, the Site collects your Discord username and the specific access password assigned to you.
• Information you provide directly: If you contact us — for example, by joining our Discord server, opening a support/claiming ticket, or messaging us on YouTube — we may see information you choose to share, such as your Discord username, messages, or email address. This happens on those third-party platforms, not on the Site itself.

2.How We Use Information

• To log and authenticate course and staff logins by sending the provided Discord username and password to a secure Discord webhook (used solely to monitor system access and ensure no users are password sharing)
• To respond to support requests and process purchase-related tickets via Discord

We do not sell your personal information.

3.Purchases & Payment Information

All purchases (memberships and digital packs) are processed through YouTube Memberships, operated by Google/YouTube — not by Aero directly. We do not collect, see, or store your payment card details, billing address, or transaction information. Payment data is handled entirely under Google's Privacy Policy. After purchasing, delivery/claiming happens via a support ticket in our Discord server, subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.

4.Third-Party Services

The Site and our services rely on the following third parties, each with their own privacy practices:

We encourage you to review each provider's own privacy policy, as we do not control how they process data on their platforms.

5.Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

6.Data Retention

Login logs routed via webhooks and information shared with us via Discord or YouTube is retained according to those platforms' own retention practices and our support/moderation needs.

7.Your Rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

8.Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information handled in connection with the Site, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
