These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aeroerlc.com (the "Site") and all digital products, custom asset packs, Discord bots, courses, and subscription services provided by Aero, operated by Trooper Justin (Sydney, NSW, Australia) ("Aero", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1.Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site or join our Discord community. If you are under 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf prior to making any purchase or submitting content.

3.Digital Products, Subscriptions & Delivery

Aero provides digital subscription memberships (Aero Plus, Aero Pro, Aero Ultra) and one-time digital asset packages (such as emergency vehicle liveries, uniform files, server configurations, and customized Discord bots).

• Digital Only: All products are supplied electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
• Delivery Method: Delivery of digital asset packs and activation of subscription perks occurs via our official Discord claiming ticket system upon verification of purchase.

4.Billing & Payment Processing

Subscriptions are purchased through YouTube Memberships and processed by Google/YouTube under their payment terms. Aero does not process, store, or view your payment card numbers. One-time digital purchases are processed through verified payment providers.

5.Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund policies are strictly governed by our dedicated Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection statutes.

6.License & Permitted Use of Digital Assets

When you purchase or receive digital assets (liveries, templates, bot setups) from Aero:

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the assets within your own personal Roblox community or ERLC private server.
• Prohibited Actions: You may not resell, sublicense, repackage, leak, or publicly redistribute Aero digital assets or custom bot source code as standalone commercial products.

7.Aero Developers & User Submissions

By submitting livery files or creator content through our Developer Portal:

• You warrant that you are the original creator of the submitted livery and hold all necessary intellectual property rights to submit the work.
• You warrant that your designs do not contain hate speech, copyrighted brands without authorization, or imagery violating Roblox Terms of Use or community standards.
• You grant Aero a worldwide license to host, review, display, and distribute approved liveries through the platform under agreed revenue-share arrangements.

8.Code of Conduct & Acceptable Use

When interacting with the Site, portal dashboards, or official support servers, you agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or payment fraud after claiming digital files.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, scrape proprietary endpoints, or perform denial-of-service attacks.
• Harass, threaten, or defame Aero staff, community members, or other creators.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aero and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site, downtime, or account actions taken by third-party platforms (including Roblox moderation, Discord bans, or YouTube changes). In all cases where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability shall be limited to the total fees paid by you to Aero in the preceding 30 days.

10.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms.

11.Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. When updates occur, the "Last updated" date will be amended. Continued use of the Site after revisions constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
