ER:LC splits players across four uniformed emergency departments plus civilian professions and criminal roleplay. Each department features its own spawn hub, uniform lockers, vehicle fleet, and rank ladder.

RCPD vs. LCSO Rank Sharing
Police and Sheriff ranks are linked: XP earned while on duty as RCPD is mirrored directly into your LCSO rank track. If you achieve Sergeant in RCPD, you automatically hold the rank of Sergeant when spawning as LCSO.
